Yggotel Ravn

This hotel deserves literally 3 star. Starting with good sides, room is clean, it is exactly in a way that pictures are shown. Not the best location but good connections to the city center and tourist attractions. Negative sides, toilet is covered with non visible windows which does not give you any privacy. But this was visible on the pictures, just stating that it is fine if you are a couple. Receptionists are rude and cold. They don't even make eye contact, whatever you are asking answer is no: like iron, kettle, etc. They are not even showing single attempt to help you in anything. For me most negative part was that. Breakfast is a bit expensive also. Overall just for sleeping price and service are good.

The room looks pretty, in a nice neighborhood. I was quite surprised to see that they offer no amenities like a simple kettle but okay. The bathroom is this big glass cube inside the room, I was alone so I didn't mind. However the shower really sucks. Something needs to be fixed because I couldn't take a shower without the water getting extremely wet. The shower head thingy was always broken so it wouldn't stay up. The worst thing was actually the noise. I was woken up every single day by the cleaning crew. And I know that they have to clean, it's their job. But come on, give them a better vacuum, a lighter one that they don't have to drag all over the place, bumping into what seems to be every single piece of furniture. I could hear exactly every chair being dragged across the floor, not carried but dragged, in the loudest way possible. On Friday I was quite surprised to see a lot of loud people around the hotel since it had always been quite calm. When I don't know what it was but right next to the hotel is a kind of party place. It was still going at 2 in the morning and it was right under the window so it was extremely frustrating. Especially since I got woken up by the cleaning lady soon after. For that price I would honestly never set foot in the hotel again or recommend it. I stayed somewhere close for a few days right before and it was amazing and completely different, for a similar price. Tldr: so very loud, bad shower, wouldn't recommend

Well located and reasonably priced; but I would mainly recommend it for couples! The rooms have weirdly open bathrooms - anything transpiring in your toilet seat can be heard and smelled across the entire room. h, and the handles to open the doors are just a hole in the glass, so you can see into them as well. Honestly, it's a good place - just beware of the bathroom privacy! But it's well located and comfortable.

I struggle to give a review. To start we had 2 rooms. Let me begin with the positives. The rooms are clean, the breakfast was good. Most of the staff was kind. The bed was good. Now my negatives. No air-conditioning. The room was very hot when we came. One window didn't open as it should. on both rooms the curtains were hanging partly off the rails. In one room a strip of material was hanging loose from the sink. I would advise the owner to check all the rooms on defects.. One receptionist didn't even look up every time we came in. Didn't say hello . What I think is weird. Now to end positive. For the price it was good enough. And I don't think you will be disappointed.
